Senior Project Action Plan Contract
Section One: Service Plan
I will be volunteering at the Little Apache preschool and teaching kids art. This will consist of memorization and portraying a role. I picked this project because I love the arts and I want to work with kids.
Section Two: Impact
I hope that this project will impact me by helping me get better at working with young children. I want to be a preschool teacher and I think this could help me get experience. I hope that this project will benefit the kids, too, because they will have extra help with finding possible extracurricular activities.
Section Three: Back up plan
If I find that I cannot volunteer with the children, I will volunteer at Little Apache Preschool.
Section Four: Obstacles
The difficult part of this project will be getting a place to practice and getting to and from there. Sometimes my Grandparents can’t give me a ride so I will have to find another ride. Also, I might have to spend my own money on art supplies and costumes for the play.
Section Five: Contact/Mentors
My mentor will be Mrs. Dixon. She is the teacher of the ROP Careers with Children class.
Section Six: Contract Signature
By creating this action plan, I am agreeing to complete my senior project hours by May.
Mr. Howard and I are in agreement on how I will complete my hours. If I do not abide by this contract, I realize that I will not graduate from Sanger High School.
